We want every customer to love their purchase. Because all items in our store are made-to-order through our print partner Printify, returns are accepted only when there is an issue with the product or delivery. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We gladly accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:


The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted


The wrong item, size, or design was received


The order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date


How to Submit a Return or Replacement Request


Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.


If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, the 30-day window begins on the date the package was expected to arrive.




You must include photo documentation clearly showing the product issue (for example: damage, print error, or incorrect item).


Send your request and photos to our customer support team at [insert email address] with your order number and a brief description of the problem.


Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, coordinate with Printify’s production partner to issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every item is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:


Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size


Color variations between your screen and the printed product


Normal wear and tear or improper care

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will typically be issued. Refunds may be offered only if a replacement is not possible.
